3. Tours & Training

  • BS MOTO reserves the right to refuse or stop a customer’s participation if their behavior poses a risk to their safety or the safety of others, or if they fail to follow safety instructions.
  • Bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable to each service.
  • Rescheduling requests may be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
  • Booking a specific training program does not guarantee that the customer will achieve a particular skill level, as progress varies from one rider to another.


4. Maintenance Services

  • Prices may vary depending on the motorcycle type and the scope of the service required.
  • Services are performed based on the motorcycle’s condition and the agreed scope of work.
  • Service completion times may vary depending on the nature of the work and the availability of spare parts.
  • BS MOTO is not responsible for malfunctions or damage resulting from previous modifications or repairs, misuse, or circumstances outside the scope of the service provided.


5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments must be made through the approved payment methods available on the website.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and the policy of each service.
  • Where a refund is required under applicable laws or the relevant service policy, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable procedures and statutory timelines.
